Dr. De Carolis, known in the Community as Pastor D, is a Husband, Father, Chaplain, Friend and inspirer to so many. He has been actively involved in ministry in a leadership capacity for over 25 years, and has been an Ordained Pastor for 18 years. Shortly after he got saved, the call of God was undoubtedly evident in his life. In 1999 he began his Theological training in Toronto, Canada while also engaged in his Ministerial calling at his home church with an attendance that exceeded 4000+ members. Quickly growing into leadership positions and pastoral duties, he was given senior responsibilities in various areas of the Ministry and was integral in the Media/Drama Department that was well known in the GTA for their Christmas and Easter Theatrical Productions. Eventually became full time staff which led to becoming a Lead Pastor in South West Florida. In all these positions that God has entrusted to him with over the years, he has demonstrated excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills with extensive experience in working with Multiethnic and Multigenerational congregations. A creative thinker that is ambitiously zealous for the lost who is passionate about building leaders and disciples who serve Jesus with a spirit of excellence. Dr. De Carolis relates well to people with different backgrounds and has a style of preaching and philosophy in ministry that bring relevance to our generation and matches well with the Great Lakes Region of Illinois to where he now calls home!
